TIP: Try zipping the file to see if the file is condensed to a size smaller than 500 MB
The file upload is also based on the available storage in your digital vault. If the size of the file being uploaded is larger than the available space an error message will appear noting that the account does not have enough free space.
TIP: If your digital vault doesn’t have enough space consider permanently deleting files you no longer need or purchasing additional storage

This is an online safe deposit box provided to you from your credit union for you to store all your important electronic documents. This secure storage is inside the CU’s online banking for you to use as you would like. The CU is also putting receipts and documents into your personal strongbox and when they do the platform sends you the email that you received.

To add two-factor verification to your login
Note: Two-factor authentication is not available if your digital vault is behind your provider’s online banking or mobile app. If this is how you access your digital vault, two-factor authentication should be turned on in front of those applications.
There are 2 multi-factor authentication choices available with our platform: Authenticator and Hardware Token
- To set up two-factor verification
- Sign in to your digital vault
- Click “My Profile” from the left navigation menu
- Click the Two-Factor verification profile option and click “Manage”
To unsubscribe from system generated Virtual StrongBox emails
- View the system generated email
- Click on the unsubscribe link
- Your Enable Notification setting will be changed to No and you will no longer receive these types of emails
To unsubscribe from our educational email series
- Open the most recent email you received.
- Click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email
- Your email status will be changed to “unsubscribed” and you will no longer receive educational emails

No worries if you have filled your strongbox to its capacity. It’s easy to buy (add) more storage space for your account from inside your account. Here’s how to do it once you have logged in:
- Access the Profile Settings window. This can be done by:
- From the username drop-down menu select the My Profile option
- Clicking on the gear icon
next to your storage meter at the bottom of the left windowpane
- If you have the Actions Menu on then you can easily get to Upgrades by clicking Buy More Space on the left menu or clicking My Profile from the left menu and choosing the Upgrade Tab
- There are two tabs: Profile and Upgrade
- Select the Upgrade Tab
- Below your Upgrade History is the Purchase Storage section – You may securely purchase more storage at any time
- From the Purchase Storage drop-down menu select the amount of space you want to purchase
- Select the payment method and if applicable enter card information
- Click Confirm Purchase to complete the upgrade
- After the transaction has completed you will receive a printable confirmation
- Click close to exit the confirmation screen
- Your storage meter will now be adjusted showing the upgraded amount
